Pig Ate My Pizza started as a quirky, chef-y, pizza-loving side hustle—and grew into a full-blown cult favorite. Born in Robbinsdale in 2013, we built our reputation on bold pies, unapologetic flavor, and the kind of offbeat hospitality that made you feel like you were part of the kitchen crew.

In 2022, we transformed the space into Nouvelle Brewing: a chef-driven brewpub where our team could flex new creative muscles (and brew a whole lot of beer). But even while we were slinging pints and plating pizzas, people kept asking:

“WHENS THE PIG COMING BACK?”

So here we are. The Pig is back—with some nostalgia, and the pizza magic you remember, plus a few new tricks up our sleeve. We’ve reopened at the original Robbinsdale location and we’re adding a new Bloomington spot (opening fall 2025!) powered by the same tight-knit crew that’s been with us through thick and thin.

Our beers still come from Nouvelle Brewing, crafted in-house by our former chef-turned-brewer Andy Goettsch. Our pizzas are still chef-driven, and built to share (or not). And our dining room is still a place to laugh too loud, eat too much, and feel completely at home.

Because for us, this isn’t just a pizza place. It’s a comeback story. A kitchen reunion. A homecoming party—with extra cheese.
