Pig Ate My Pizza is back, but Nouvelle Brewing isn’t going anywhere.
We may have brought Pig Ate My Pizza out of retirement, but Nouvelle Brewing isn’t going anywhere. In fact, our brewery is the beating heart of both locations. Every pint poured at PAMP—whether in Robbinsdale or Bloomington—is crafted by the same team behind Nouvelle, brewed in Robbinsdale just the way it always has been.
Brewmaster and Director of Operations—and former Travail chef de partie—Andy Goettsch brings a culinary mindset to every beer, crafting styles that pair perfectly with our pies. From crisp and crushable to bold and experimental, every pour reflects his thoughtful approach. The restaurant may have changed, but the beer remains 100% Nouvelle.

Nouvelle Brewing is our in-house brewery located inside the Robbinsdale Pig Ate My Pizza. It’s where all the beer on tap—at both Pig locations—is brewed by our chef-turned-brewer, Andy Goettsch. Expect inventive, food-friendly beers made with the same care and creativity as our pizzas.

Absolutely. Nouvelle Brewing lives on! Every beer enjoyed at either location come straight from Nouvelle Brewing. Think of it this way; PAMP makes the food, and Nouvelle makes the beer!

Not exactly. Nouvelle Brewing and Pig Ate My Pizza share the same space in Robbinsdale. You’ll enter through one door, but get the best of both worlds: bold, chef-driven pizza and freshly brewed beer under one roof.

Yep! Both Pig locations (Robbinsdale and Bloomington) exclusively serve beer brewed by Nouvelle. Same beer, same brewer, just a different place to enjoy it—with pizza, of course.

Nouvelle’s kitchen and bar offerings are fully integrated with Pig Ate My Pizza. While the vibe is more pizza-forward now, you’ll still find rotating beers on tap, fun snacks, and creative seasonal specials unique to the Robbinsdale location.

Our Head Brewer Andy Goettsch, a longtime Travail chef, leads the beer program. He brings a culinary approach to brewing, designing each beer to be well-balanced, playful, and built to pair with food.

Not at the moment—but who knows what the future holds? For now, the only way to enjoy our brews is by visiting Pig Ate My Pizza in Robbinsdale and soon to be Bloomington (fall of 2025!)
