The new location, slated to open in fall of 2025, is located at 10700 Bloomington Ferry Road in Bloomington. The space is over 4,000 square feet and will seat 90 guests inside and an additional 90 guests on the patio, which will be 80% covered for year-round enjoyment. The menu will mirror the Robbinsdale location, feature a full-service bar with craft cocktails and all of the Nouvelle Brews you know and love!
